Azimuth Medical - A clinic built from dedication, community, and health

Azimuth Medical is a company built on a foundation of military medical experience. A collective of years of loyal and steadfast mission focus is the pride of Azimuth Medical. During the pandemic of 2020, a need to expand COVID-19 testing services was identified in Lake County.  Slowly as the momentum of opening up local businesses, schools and care centers took shape, Azimuth Medical responded to that need by identifying resources to offer to the community and Lake County area businesses. Today Azimuth Medical serves as agency provider through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.
